LM7815 - 15V Positive Voltage Regulator
LM7815 is a monolithic 3-terminal positive voltage regulator that includes internal current-limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe-area compensation. It can deliver a 1.0A output current. It is intended as a fixed voltage regulator in a wide range of applications including local regulation for the elimination of noise and distribution problems associated with single-point regulation.
