74HC245/74AS245 - Octal Bus Transceiver IC
The 74HC245 is an octal bus transceiver IC designed for asynchronous two-way communication between data buses. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs and with pull−up resistors, they are compatible with LSTTL output. This IC has 3 non-inverting outputs. It is a CMOS IC and is commonly used as data level converter between 5V and 3.3V systems.
