Design an IoT-based wireless charging station that allows users to monitor charging status, energy consumption, and remotely control charging sessions via a smartphone. This smart system is ideal for public charging kiosks, office desks, or personal use, integrating real-time monitoring and control for an enhanced user experience.
Project Description
The IoT-Based Wireless Charging Station integrates a wireless charging module (Qi standard) with a NodeMCU ESP8266/ESP32 microcontroller. The system monitors key parameters like charging status, voltage, and current, and sends this data to a cloud platform (Blynk, Firebase, or ThingSpeak). Users can remotely start/stop the charging process, view live statistics, and receive alerts when the device is fully charged. The system also tracks energy consumption, making it ideal for managing multiple charging stations in public or commercial spaces.
