Design an IoT-based remote weather monitoring station that collects and transmits real-time environmental data like temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and rainfall to a cloud dashboard. This system is ideal for agricultural fields, remote locations, and environmental research where continuous, remote weather data is essential.
Project Description:
The IoT-Based Remote Weather Monitoring Station uses sensors like DHT22 (temperature & humidity), BMP180 (barometric pressure), and a rain sensor module connected to a Node MCU ESP32 microcontroller. The collected data is transmitted via Wi-Fi to a cloud platform (Blynk), where it is visualized in real-time on dashboards accessible from smartphones or PCs. This system allows remote monitoring of weather conditions, sends alerts for extreme weather events, and logs historical data for analysis.
