Voice Controlled Home Automation
Project Idea
This home automation solution enables hands-free control of four basic home appliances—light, fan, heater, and AC—using voice commands relayed from an Android app over Bluetooth. Especially useful for elderly or physically challenged users, it easily retrofits with standard home wiring, letting anyone operate household loads without physical switches.
 
Project Description
A Bluetooth-connected 8051 microcontroller receives voice commands from an Android device via its integrated module. Upon receiving a command, it activates or deactivates individual home appliances using relays and a relay driver IC, with system status shown on an LCD. The project demonstrates robust, individual or group load control through intuitive voice input.
