Temperature Display and Alert System, built using the Spartan 6 EDGE FPGA board. The project uses the LM35 temperature sensor to measure the surrounding temperature and continuously displays the value on a 16x2 LCD. When the temperature crosses a user-defined threshold, a buzzer alert is automatically triggered.

 

This project demonstrates analog-to-digital conversion, LCD interfacing, threshold comparison, and alert systems — all implemented in Verilog HDL. It's an ideal educational tool for learning how FPGAs can process real-world analog data.
