Develop an RFID-based smart parcel tracking system that automates parcel identification, tracking, and status updates in real-time. This project aims to enhance efficiency in logistics, warehouses, and courier services by using RFID tags and readers to streamline parcel movement, ensuring transparency and reducing human errors.
Project Description
The RFID-based Smart Parcel Tracking System uses RFID tags attached to parcels and RFID readers placed at key checkpoints (like entry, exit, sorting zones). An Arduino Uno reads parcel data from RFID tags and sends the information to a cloud dashboard via Wi-Fi. Each scan updates the parcel's location and status, which can be monitored in real-time on a web or mobile application. This system eliminates manual tracking, ensures accurate logging, and helps logistics companies manage inventory flow efficiently.
