Project Description
The IoT-Based Smart Noise Monitoring System uses a sound sensor module (microphone-based) connected to a Node MCU ESP32 microcontroller to measure ambient noise levels in decibels (dB). The collected data is transmitted to a cloud platform (Blynk) via Wi-Fi for real-time visualization and monitoring. Users can set noise thresholds and receive instant notifications or alerts when the levels are exceeded. An OLED display can be added for local sound level display. This system is suitable for smart city projects, workplace noise monitoring, and public safety applications.
