Develop a Smart IoT Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors battery voltage, current, temperature, and charge levels in real-time. The system transmits this data to a cloud platform, enabling remote supervision and alerts for overcharging, discharging, or overheating, making it ideal for electric vehicles, solar storage systems, and industrial battery banks.
Project Description
The Smart IoT Battery Management System uses voltage and current sensors (INA219) along with a temperature sensor (LM35) to monitor key battery parameters. An ESP32 Node MCU collects this data and sends it to cloud platforms like Blynk, over Wi-Fi. Users can monitor real-time battery health on their smartphones, receive notifications for abnormal conditions, and analyze usage patterns. The system helps in extending battery life, improving safety, and optimizing energy consumption, with scalable options for multi-battery setups.
