The RGB LED Module features a single multi-color RGB LED capable of producing a wide range of colors by mixing Red, Green, and Blue channels. Each color channel is connected through an onboard current-limiting resistor, making it safe and easy to interface with microcontrollers and FPGA boards.

Working Principle
- The LED uses a common cathode, meaning:
- GND is shared across all colors
- Applying HIGH signal to R/G/B pins turns ON respective color
- By combining signals:
- R + G → Yellow
- R + B → Magenta
- G + B → Cyan
- R + G + B → White
- Using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation):
- You can generate millions of colors by varying brightness of each channel
Notes:
- Ensure correct polarity when supplying voltage
- Avoid exceeding recommended voltage for long-term use.
- For long-term use, keep the voltage within 3.3V/5V range.
