Project idea: A 2WD robotic vehicle uses a 433 MHz RF remote to send motion commands to an 8051 controller, while a metal detector module scans the path and raises a buzzer alert on detecting metal objects similar to land-mine simulations.

 

Project description: An RF transmitter with HT12E encodes button presses and sends them via a 433 MHz Tx to the robot, where an RF Rx with HT12D decodes the data for the 8051, which then drives the motors through an L293D driver on a 2WD chassis. A compact metal detector kit mounted at the front detects metal and triggers sound/light indication while the 8051 logic also actuates a buzzer alert for the operator.
