Project Description
The IoT Based Smart Textile Management system aims to digitally transform textile operations by integrating IoT-enabled sensors with production and logistics workflows. The system uses RFID tags to track raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products across various stages. Sensors monitor machine performance, environmental conditions, and energy consumption. Data is centralized on a cloud-based dashboard for real-time insights into inventory levels, process bottlenecks, and maintenance needs. The system also tracks worker attendance and productivity using smart ID cards, making the entire textile operation more efficient, automated, and data-driven.
