Project Description
The IoT-Based Smart Retail Assistant aims to modernize retail operations by integrating smart sensors, microcontrollers, and cloud platforms. The system tracks inventory levels in real-time using load cells or RFID sensors, helping store managers avoid stockouts. It can interact with customers via voice assistance or a touchscreen interface, guiding them to products, displaying offers, and collecting feedback. The system uploads sales and stock data to a cloud dashboard for analytics and decision-making. Smart lighting and ambient monitoring can also be integrated to improve the in-store experience.

        • Due to the customized nature of our projects, orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order is non-cancellable as work will have already begun.

        • If there are any issues with your project upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days to resolve the matter.

      • Technical Support:

        • We provide basic technical support for the first 30 days after delivery to help you set up and operate your project.
        • Extended support and customization services are available at an additional cost.
