Project Idea

Create IoT-based smart glasses that provide real-time information such as notifications, navigation assistance, and health monitoring directly to the user’s field of vision. These smart glasses can be integrated with sensors for activity tracking and connected to smartphones or cloud platforms for real-time updates, making them ideal for wearable technology enthusiasts, assistive tech, and smart lifestyle applications.

 

Project Description

The IoT-Based Smart Glasses project uses a combination of microcontrollers like ESP32 for wireless connectivity, a small OLED display for visual output, and various sensors such as accelerometers (for head movement tracking) and heart rate sensors (optional). The ESP32 module connects to a smartphone or cloud platform via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to receive notifications (calls, messages), navigation directions, or fitness data. The glasses can also incorporate voice commands or gesture recognition for hands-free control. Designed for portability, the smart glasses are powered by a compact Li-ion battery, offering a futuristic wearable experience.
