Design a smart exhibition management system using IoT to enhance visitor experience, manage exhibitor data, monitor crowd flow, and enable real-time navigation, tracking, and analytics within exhibition venues.
Project Description
The IoT Based Smart Exhibition Management system utilizes RFID tags, IoT sensors, and a central dashboard to automate various aspects of managing large-scale exhibitions. Visitors receive RFID-enabled badges to track movement and gather footfall data across stalls. Exhibitors can monitor interest levels, get visitor analytics, and manage digital brochures. IoT-based environmental sensors help maintain comfort levels inside the venue. The system offers mobile integration to help visitors navigate stalls, access live schedules, and receive alerts or updates. Organizers gain real-time visibility into crowd flow, stall popularity, and emergency situations, making event execution seamless and data-driven.
