Enhance home security and convenience with an IoT-enabled smart doorbell system. When a visitor presses the doorbell, the system sends a notification to your smartphone and also sends captured image or video to your smartphone. This setup allows users to monitor and respond to visitors remotely using Wi-Fi, improving home access control even when you're not at home.
Project Description
The IoT-Based Smart Doorbell system uses a Node MCU (ESP8266) microcontroller to connect the doorbell to the internet. When someone presses the doorbell button, the system sends an instant notification to the user’s mobile phone via platforms like Blynk. A camera module can be integrated to capture a photo or stream video to the user. The system also include audio alerts using a buzzer. This project helps in building foundational knowledge in IoT, real-time communication, and home automation.
