Project Description
The IoT-Based Safety Helmet is an advanced protective gear system that integrates sensors and wireless communication for industrial safety. Built around an Arduino uno the helmet includes a gas sensor (MQ-2) to detect harmful gases, a tilt or impact sensor to monitor falls or accidents, and an IR sensor to check whether the helmet is worn. If unsafe conditions are detected, the system sends real-time data and alerts via Wi-Fi to a remote dashboard or mobile app using IoT platforms like Blynk. The setup is lightweight, battery-powered, and designed for continuous operation in hazardous environments.
