Project Idea
Create an IoT-based health monitoring system that continuously tracks vital signs such as heart rate, body temperature, and oxygen levels and transmits the data to a mobile app. This project allows remote monitoring of patients in real-time, making it ideal for elderly care, chronic disease management, and smart hospitals. It reduces the need for in-person checkups and ensures timely alerts for abnormal readings.
Project Description
This health monitoring system uses sensors like the pulse oximeter (MAX30100) and temperature sensor (LM35) to collect patient vitals. The data is processed by a ESP32 microcontroller, which connects to Wi-Fi and uploads readings to a cloud platform like ThingSpeak or Blynk. Alerts can be configured for abnormal values, enabling timely medical response. The system is compact, battery-powered, and user-friendly, suitable for both clinical and home environments. It also supports mobile access for doctors or caretakers to view real-time health data from anywhere.
