Project Idea
Create an IoT-based fire-fighting robotic car that can detect fire using a flame sensor and extinguish it automatically. The robot is controlled remotely through Wi-Fi using a web app, and is equipped with a water pump to put out small fires. This project demonstrates real-world use of IoT, robotics, and sensor integration for emergency response and safety systems.
Project Description
The IoT Based Fire Fighting Car is an autonomous robot that detects fire using a flame sensor and moves toward it to extinguish it. It uses a Node MCU ESP8266 board for wireless control and real-time communication. The robot is mounted on a 4WD chassis with motors controlled via an L298N driver. A small water pump is used to douse flames. Through a smartphone app (Blynk), users can manually control the robot or receive alerts if fire is detected. This makes it suitable for firefighting in inaccessible areas or for demonstration purposes in education and research.
