Project Idea:
This embedded system project optimizes energy usage by detecting human presence in a room using IR sensors. It automatically turns electrical loads ON when people enter and OFF when the room is empty. A microcontroller-based counter tracks the number of people inside, displaying the count on a 7-segment display. Perfect for learning automation and energy conservation concepts.
