Design a digital automatic car indicator and braking indicator system that uses an Atmega 328 microcontroller and an accelerometer gyro sensor to sense the vehicle's turning direction and braking automatically. The system displays directional arrows and braking signals on an LED display for enhanced visibility during day and night.
Project Description
Traditional vehicle indicators require manual switching, which can be overlooked and lead to accidents. This project implements a state-of-the-art automatic turning and braking indicator system based on the Atmega 328 microcontroller and accelerometer gyro sensor. The sensor detects vehicle turns and lane changes by sensing directional movement and acceleration changes. The microcontroller processes these signals to control an LED display that shows arrows corresponding to turning directions and a stop symbol during braking. The system includes a buzzer and buttons, along with power regulation circuitry and a PCB board. It is suitable for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers and provides clear indicators visible even in bright daylight and nighttime conditions.
