Project Idea:
This innovative system simulates an elevator equipped with an overload detection feature. It automatically counts the number of people entering and exiting the elevator using IR sensor pairs and displays the count on a 7-segment display. If the number of people exceeds the pre-defined safe limit, a buzzer alerts the overload condition, ensuring safety. It’s an ideal embedded systems project for electronics and instrumentation students.
