Users receive real-time notifications when the locker is accessed, ensuring transparency and safety.
Project Description
The IoT-Based Smart Locker System integrates an ESP32 microcontroller with Wi-Fi capabilities to control locker access. The system uses an RFID RC522 module and RFID tags for secure user authentication, supported by password entry or mobile app commands via a cloud platform like Blynk or Firebase. Access actions trigger a servo motor or relay to lock/unlock the locker physically, accompanied by notifications through the mobile app. Additional features include a 16x2 LCD for status updates, buzzer alerts, LEDs for visual indicators, and push buttons for manual overrides. The locker enclosure is designed for durability and practicality to suit multiple use cases.
