If you are looking for a 16K bytes flash microcontroller unit, then the ATMEGA16A is a 16Kbit low power high-performance CMOS Microcontroller based on the Atmel AVR enhanced RISC architecture.
With the 16kB self-programming flash program memory it is powered by the 1024B SRAM and 512-byte EEPROM it has peripheral support of 8 channel 10-bit Analog to Digital converter. For debugging and Programming, it has a JTAG interface for on-chip-debug. It can operate from 2.7V to 5.5V operating voltages. Peripheral support includes SPI, Timer, USART.
